Project Overview

LogiTrans faced bottlenecks coordinating thousands of dispatchers and cross-country drivers through manual phone calls and spreadsheets. We engineered a unified web dispatch control center and a driver mobile app to automate route calculation, delivery tracking, and digital proof-of-delivery.

The Challenge

Developing a mobile solution that functions seamlessly in remote highways with intermittent network connectivity, while continuously reporting telemetry without draining driver battery life.

Our Solution

We built the driver app with React Native using an offline-first SQLite synchronization daemon. Geofencing algorithms and motion sensors optimized GPS ping frequency based on vehicle movement, drastically cutting power draw while maintaining continuous audit trails.
